Level Up What Works

Growing a successful business should be easy.

Owning versus operating a business is on a spectrum. Create the freedom to choose your involvement.

Job-site punch listOwner: you
  • Good leads can be tedious to manage.Organization and digital tools can improve revenue pipelines.
  • Follow-up can become a full-time job early in the sales pipeline.VBS creates systems to maximize your time closing and working client jobs.
  • Employee and client questions keep consuming time.We create clear processes that empower teams and keep clients informed.
  • Consistent service takes more than good intentions.VBS standardizes the work so quality is easier to repeat.
  • Digital tools need a real operating system. We connect software, process, and people so the tools actually support the business.
  • Growth should create options, not more pressure.Better systems help you choose where your time is needed most.

Our mission is to give owners and operators the tools they need to transform their business into a company that works for them.

The System

Three ways we help small and medium businesses.

Begin with an audit to identify immediate solutions for high-value pain points.

02 · Business System Setup

Build the operating system.

"Turn the way we work into something the team can actually use."

VBS builds the processes and digital tools your business needs to run with less friction, then helps your team understand how to use them day to day.

  • Lead pipeline and intake flow built for follow-through
  • Follow-up systems that protect your time and support sales
  • Scheduling and job tracking your team can maintain
  • Clear processes for employees, clients, and common decisions
  • Website and contact flow aligned with how you close work

Outcome: the business becomes more organized, repeatable, and easier to manage.

03 · Ongoing Ops Partner

Keep improving.

"Keep the systems sharp as the business changes."

A monthly partnership for owners who want ongoing support with operations, tools, process, and implementation as the business grows.

  • Workflows refined as the business changes
  • Lead handling and follow-up continuously improved
  • Digital tools added only when they make the business better
  • Operational issues addressed before they become expensive

Outcome: your systems keep pace with the company you are building.

Find the leaks

The operational audit. I look at how leads come in, how customers get answered, how jobs get scheduled, and where things quietly fall apart. You get a clear picture and a prioritized fix list.

The audit

Fix the biggest ones first

We don't boil the ocean. We fix the leaks costing you the most — usually missed leads and slow follow-up — and you feel the difference fast.

System setup

Let the systems carry the load

The business runs on process instead of memory. If you want a partner who keeps tightening things as you grow, that's the ongoing arrangement. If not, you walk away with systems that work.

About Andre

An operator, not a salesman.

I run real businesses, so I know what your days actually look like. I operate a Turo car-sharing business and an education company, Math Rescue — which means I deal with leads, scheduling, customers, follow-up, and the thousand small things that pile up on an owner. The systems I build for clients are the same kind of systems I depend on myself.

"Most consultants have read about your problems. I've had your problems."

Before this, I led organizations — including serving as president of a Latino fraternity and hosting major community events — where the job was the same as it is now: take something messy, with a lot of moving parts and a lot of people, and make it run.

I'm based in Tampa Bay, and I work mostly with owner-operated service businesses — the people doing real work with their hands and their crews. My job is to translate the mess in your head into clean systems on paper and in software, so the business can finally run without you carrying every piece of it.

Why Trust Me

No fake testimonials. No made-up numbers. Just the truth.

System Vaquero is early-stage and founder-led — which means you get me, personally, not a junior account manager. Here's what I bring to the table.

Skin in the game

I run my own operations every day — a Turo business and Math Rescue. I don't recommend anything I wouldn't run my own money through.

Strategy and the nuts and bolts

I understand credit, underwriting, strategy, and operations — and I can also personally build and configure the systems. No hand-off, no telephone game between "the strategist" and "the tech guy."

Proven at leading people

Fraternity president, community event host, team leader. Systems only work if people use them — I know how to get a crew on board, not just install software.

Tampa Bay local

I'm here, in your market. We can meet face to face, and I understand the businesses and the communities this area runs on — including Latino-owned businesses, in English o en español.

You'll never see invented case studies or stock-photo "happy clients" on this page. What you'll get instead is a direct conversation where I prove I understand your business within the first ten minutes — or you hang up having lost nothing.

Why Now

The leaks don't wait for a convenient time.

Every week the business runs the old way, the same things happen: a lead goes unanswered, an estimate goes unchased, a customer quietly picks somebody who responded faster. None of it shows up on an invoice — that's why it's easy to ignore, and that's exactly why it's expensive.

This is founder-led work, done personally. I'm in your systems myself — which means I can only work with a handful of businesses at a time, by design, not as a sales trick.

The audit is the cheapest insurance you'll buy this year. Worst case, you spend a little and learn exactly where your money is going. Best case, it changes how your business runs.

The call costs you nothing but thirty minutes. You'll leave with at least one thing you can fix immediately — whether we ever work together or not.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is this an automation or AI thing?

No. It's a make-your-business-run-without-you thing. Technology — including automation and AI — is one of the tools I use, but only where it clearly saves you time or makes you money. The product is operational clarity and your time back, not software.

I'm not a tech person. Is that a problem?

It's the normal case. Everything I build is set up around how you and your crew already work, and I train everyone in plain language — English or Spanish. If a system needs a manual to use, I built it wrong.

Do I have to buy a bunch of new software?

No. First we look at what you already have — often it's underused, not missing. When a new tool genuinely earns its keep, I'll recommend it and tell you exactly what it costs and why. I don't sell software and I don't take kickbacks from tools.

My business is small. Is it too early for this?

Owner-operated is exactly who this is for. The earlier the systems go in, the cheaper they are to build and the more growth they support. Waiting until the chaos is unbearable is the expensive route.

What does it cost?

The audit is the low-cost entry point, and pricing for everything else depends on the size of your operation — so I quote it on the call, after I understand what you're running. No surprise invoices, no open-ended retainers you don't understand.

What happens on the discovery call?

Thirty minutes. You talk, I ask questions about how leads, jobs, and follow-up actually flow through your business. By the end, you'll know whether I understand your world — and I'll tell you honestly whether and how I can help.
